Since 1935, DC Comics has been a pivotal creative force in comics publishing, from the introduction of Superman in 1939—the character credited with launching the fledging industry—through such modern landmark graphic novels as THE DARK KNIGHT, WATCHMEN and KINGDOM COME. DC's roster of heroes—including Batman and Robin, Wonder Woman, Flash and Green Lantern—are as familiar and relevant to today's readers as they were to past generations.
What is WildStorm Productions?
WildStorm Productions was created by artist extraordinaire Jim Lee in 1992 and became part of DC Comics in 1998. Known for its irreverent take on superheroes, WildStorm is home to a wide variety of cutting edge titles, including THE AUTHORITY and WILDCATS. WildStorm is also the home of America's Best Comics, featuring a number of series created by Alan Moore, such as LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMEN.
What is Vertigo?
Since 1993, Vertigo has been the most consistent and adventurous imprint for mature readers comics in the industry. As a source of edgy and irreverent material, the line stretches from classics such as JOHN CONSTANTINE/HELLBLAZER and SWAMP THING to 100 BULLETS, FABLES and Y–THE LAST MAN. It’s most famous for its deep library of well-known series such as SANDMAN, PREACHER and TRANSMETROPOLITAN.
What is Paradox Press?
Paradox Press was created in 1994 as a showcase for experimental formats and genres, including a line of digest-sized graphic novels, Howard Cruse's acclaimed coming-of-age story STUCK RUBBER BABY, the BIG BOOK series, and Scott McCloud's explorations of the art of comics, UNDERSTANDING COMICS and REINVENTING COMICS.
Does this list encompass

included books published after the CD was

Be sure to visit your local bookstore or comics
shop for a wide variety of our titles.
How do I purchase the titles

among DC Comics' readership.
Can I print the covers
